International Orders, Customs & Import Fees
Please note — International shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, customs clearance charges or any other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes or import-related fees incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be paid to the relevant customs authority or delivery provider.
Import requirements, tax thresholds, duties and applicable fees vary between countries and may change without notice. We are unable to determine, estimate or control the amount of any import charges that may apply to your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand the import requirements and potential costs associated with receiving an international shipment in their country before placing an order. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
In accordance with Australian export and customs requirements, we are required to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments. We cannot undervalue goods, mark commercial orders as gifts, or provide inaccurate customs information.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that any customs duties, taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are your responsibility.
Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments
If a recipient refuses to accept a shipment or fails to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, the order will be refunded as store credit once the returned parcel has been received and processed.
The store credit will be issued less any return-to-sender charges and the original shipping fee incurred for the order.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country, as these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Additional Information
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. During collection launches and sale periods, please allow up to 5 business days for standard orders to be dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we are unable to amend or redirect the delivery address. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the standard applicable postage fee will apply to resend the order.
